A young man, illegally residing on the campus of the University of Ghana, is reported to have jumped from the fourth floor of the Mensah Sarbah Hall Annex A Building over fears of being sacked by hall authorities.

The incident is reported to have happened in the early hours of Friday, April 23, 2021 at about 1:30 am

The man is believed to be a former resident of the hall and currently undertaking his National Service.
